Welcome to 3rd Grade  with Teacher Cleo

Cleo Roseboro (singular They/Them/Theirs pronouns) is the primary 3rd grade teacher and Upper Elementary art teacher this year at Friends School. Tr. Cleo completed their student teaching at Friend’s School and is working under the mentorship, support, and supervision of Tr. Joanne and Tr. Sunna. They graduated from Penn State with a degree in Pre-K–4th grade curriculum and instruction with concentrations in educational theory and public policy and in diversity studies. Tr. Cleo has had classroom placements all over Philadelphia, D.C, New Jersey, and State College over the last five years, both digitally and in person. They are excited to be at Friends School this year. Tr. Cleo loves writing, math, poetry, art, and social justice.
