Meet Christina Ombalski

Christina (she/her) joined the SCFS faculty in 2021. Previously, Christina assisted in a kindergarten and a second-grade classroom in the local public school system. She also has a background in secondary education and ESL experience at the volunteer level and as an instructor, both in our local community and abroad.  She genuinely looks forward to aiding in the creation of an environment that fosters safety and trust. Christina believes her contributions will help allow our young learners to be uninhibited as they explore and engage in the world around them as an individual, with peers, and guides. Having learned a host of outdoor information and experiences from her hack-naturalist husband, she hopes to share this appreciation of nature with our young learners as well.
