The world is BIG, so we'll start small. State College is a beautiful place to live and a great place to start exploring before taking on the world. We'll begin our week by exploring our own backyard and asking questions about nature. We'll take those questions and form webs of answers. Then we'll see if the small connections we see have bigger meanings in our much bigger world!

The ants go marching 1 by 20 quadrillion. That's how many ants you'd have to line up if you collected every single one of them on Earth...and that's just ants. There's an uncountable number of bugs on this planet and they have impacts on our lives from the obvious to not-so-obvious--from bees that grant us honey to mites that live in your face. If you'd like to spend a week catching, showing, and knowing more about these beautiful animals, please join us! We won't get to learn about every bug, but we'll sure try.
