Extended Day Withdrawal Policy
Enrollment in the Extended Day program is intended to be a full-school-year commitment. Because spaces are limited and are reserved for participating students, families who wish to withdraw a student during the school year must provide at least 30 calendar days’ written notice.
Notice must be submitted to the school administration and will be effective on the date it is received. Families remain responsible for all program fees that fall within the 30-day notice period, including the full monthly fee for any month that has already begun.
Extended Day fees are paid in advance at the beginning of each month. Payments are nonrefundable and will not be prorated for absences, unused days, school closures, or a student’s withdrawal during a prepaid month.
Failure to attend the program or to submit payment does not constitute notice of withdrawal. The student will remain enrolled, and the family will remain financially responsible, until the required written notice has been received and the 30-day notice period has ended.
Exceptions may be considered by the school in cases of relocation, withdrawal from the student’s daytime school, or other significant circumstances, at the school’s sole discretion.
